The 2015 Times Higher Education Young Universities Summit will be held in Dublin, Republic of Ireland on 29 and 30 April 2015, hosted in partnership with Dublin City University. This global event, dedicated to academic leaders of institutions under 50 years of age, will provide excellent networking opportunities while addressing a number of key issues: how can younger universities compete on the world stage? How do you establish world-class universities without centuries of history and tradition? How do young universities develop a niche research strategy? These and other burning questions such as the leadership challenges facing less established universities, funding and the pursuit of excellence, and distinctiveness and branding in a competitive global market, are all on the agenda.
